(April 6th, 2010 at 4:42 am)Goto Layout >> Edit HTML, search and locate About and Contact (Use CTRL+F), replace # (hash) in href with your URL. For instance;
<a href=”#”>About</a> into <a href=”Your ABOUT URL HERE”>About</a>
