Goto Layout->Edit HTML and check the box “Expand Widget Templates”. Search for the following; <div id=’welcome’><div> Below this line you’ll see; ‘This is the ideal place to say hello to your Readers and Welcome them…’ Replace the text with your own. Save the template.
