    Hi. How do you change the post background color in the Charcoal 3 column template?

    Simply locate .content from the template and change the parameters of the background. (Parameters should be in hexadecimal). For example I have changed the content background color to white as follows;

    .content {
    padding:10px 5px 25px 5px;
    background:#fff; //Content Background Color
    background-repeat:no-repeat;
    border-top: 1px solid #3b3430;
    }

    If you need any help don’t hesitate to comment again.

    thanks, i got it to work. take a look at my blog Homes of the Rich. I completely customized the template. What do you think? Also, what are the best positions to put adsense on this template. also, can you center the ads?

    Looks cool! To maximize your adsense earnings, place your ads next to your BLOG TITLE; and below each POST TITLE. Remove the ads that you have placed below the page, they have the lowest CTR.
