   I didn’t get your question. If you are talking about a wordpress version of this template, you can find it here.

   What I meant is,

   I clicked the “Live Demo”, at the bottom of the blog, it says WORDPRESS

   Well yes you can remove the wordpress image by going to Layout->Edit HTML and check “Expand Widget Templates” and then search for div#about-author-wrapper and delete the following line;

   background:transparent url(http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_kMUpUqMmduA/STLOgP7WhRI/AAAAAAAAAFw/hZgGrn0gJHM/s1600/background-author-wrapper.png) no-repeat scroll left bottom;

   Is there any way to change the “blogger notes” at the top to a word of your choice?

   There is no way to remove ‘blogger notes’ only. If you really want to remove it, you’ll have to remove the entire header. Click here to see what I mean.
