Apparently, the image hosted on imageshack has exceeded bandwidth limit. You’ll need to host those images onto your own server/image hosting service. The images have been provided inside the zip file.

I have downloaded the Agenda 04 template and the header image does not appear on my blog (it looks just like the demo) Am I doing something incorrectly?

Yes. You are right, this is due to bandwidth overload. Unfortunately, this can’t get fixed.

Hi!

I didn’t check the downloadable file – but in the demo / preview the links to the header image doesn’t work: There’s still no diary, coffee cup and so on visible.

I tried to download one of your templates for my blog but it says it is not there or present? It’s the Agenda 04 template. I dont know what i am doing wrong? If your not to busy to help a newbie out I would be greatful.
